Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your item, we’ll make it right.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@medianstate.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back—items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from cologne, creams, pet hair, fluff, or dust.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at contact@medianstate.com.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We’ll review the issue and, if confirmed, provide a prepaid return label and a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Sizing Returns

If you are returning an item due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through misuse, abnormal use, or incorrect washing

  • Items purchased using discount codes (these are eligible for exchange or store credit only)

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, simply return your original product. Once approved, you can place a new order.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
